This entire fan universe was spawned when Indigo decided to tempt her partner, Red, into playing Call of Cthulhu with her by reminding him he could use his beloved original and canon characters from Dishonored (2012) inside the tabletop roleplaying game that they would play together. One thing led to another, and before either of them knew it they had an extended universe incorporating characters from Dishonored, the Call of Duty video game franchise, and Amnesia: The Bunker (2023).
Indigo (she/they) is an asexual American writer and wannabe game developer (she has already made a small indie TTRPG, but the seventeen dollars she earned in royalties was far from enough to quit her day job). She has been writing speculative fiction since she was eight years old, but doesn't expect to make any real profit from her writing thanks to the abysmal state of the contemporary publishing industry. Likewise, she enjoys dabbling in digital art from time to time, but has no expectation of profit or a career in that field. Currently, her actual job involves animal training.

Red (he/she) is a bisexual, biracial American artist, hobbyist writer, and spoonie with a deep love for all things gaming. Video games are where it's at for her, with her favorites trending toward roleplaying and historical settings, though he's also dipping his toes into the vast world of tabletop gaming. When she's not drawing or writing, Red enjoys reading, listening to and dabbling in music, daydreaming about the books he will bind one day, and playing with her cat, Pepper.

As mentioned previously, this fan universe started out as a Call of Cthulhu TTRPG campaign. Currently, our busiest
decade is the 1920s, during which our investigators find themselves in Berlin, Germany during the brief blossoming of the Weimar Republic. We used the CoC supplement and digital sourcebook Berlin: The Wicked City from Chaosium, but have since branched out to other decades and locales within the 20th century. After a while, we also started to crave cooperative play, and so switched from using the Basic Roleplaying System (created by Chaosium) to Ironsworn by Shawn Tomkin. We used the rules of Ironsworn with some adaptations for a more modern setting, as well as the web application known as Iron Fellowship for online play.
